All of our Hummus start out with our simple eight ingredient base. We use whole ingredients which are not canned and never frozen. Our lemon juice is freshly squeezed. No unpleasant taste from pasteurized lemon juice or citric acid. 

We cold sprout our chickpeas for two days and then fully cook them. Sprouted and cooking reduces phytic acid found in chickpeas which increases nutrition and allows for easier digestion. Click Here to read more!
